¿Qué puedo decir de mí mismo?

Podría hablar de mis fortalezas, valores, bondades.

Que he tenido hasta hoy una carrera dilatada en esto y lo otro, que he ayudado a muchas personas, equipos y organizaciones por más de 30 años.

Que poseo muchísimas certificaciones, que me han costado esfuerzo, dinero y dedicación.

QUIERO hablar más de mí, de mi presencia y autenticidad:

Incluso de mis fracasos, esos que me han llevado a tomar mejores decisiones luego.

Mis crisis y sufrimiento, que me han catapultado a querer ser una mejor persona, ser y alma.

Muy pocas personas hablan de sí en esos términos. Sólo hablan de logros, mayormente materiales.

El logro mas grande para mí es estar PRESENTE y experimentar la vida con AUTENTICIDAD. Estar conectado con mi centro, con mi SER superior, y mucho menos con mis Egos.

Dejar que todo fluya naturalmente y acompañar a personas, equipos y organizaciones es una motivación y me apasiona.

Cultivo actitud de gratitud por todo lo que esta a mi alrededor. Mi mente esta abierta a nuevas ideas que me impulsan hacia delante. Me siento capaz de superar cualquier reto, con determinación.

Hoy libero creencias limitantes y abrazo mi poder interior.

La abundancia llega a mí en todas las áreas de mi vida. Y lo agradezco profundamente.

Agradezco poder facilitar procesos evolutivos a estas personas, almas y seres que quieran hacerlo. Para que descubran nuevos espacios y nuevas formas de experimentar la vida. Creando un mundo mejor, mas honesto, amable y compasivo. Donde el AMOR y la PAZ reinen por siempre.

I have been working in IT and digital solutions/services since before 2000. Even before that, I worked for a few years in industrialized environments since 1994.
I have worked as a technician, system administrator, and even a programmer a long time ago.
Then, I started managing projects of various kinds such as systems and telecommunications infrastructures, IT security, web pages and implementing solutions in companies such as CRM, ERP with POS, integrating telephony with solutions in Call Centers.

Many different kind of projects: web, eCommerce, mobile apps, infrastructure, SIAM, LMS, Workplace, Network Connectivity, IT Security… Also, IT Services, ITSM, ITIL, Lean Management… Change Management… But not enough Team Building, Organization Culture to Support or even Conflict Management.

through self-interest, I also matured in people management (Gestalt, Systemic Coaching, Fearless Culture, Belbin Team Roles), Barrett Values ​​& Culture Diagnostic, risk management (Risk Management), business management (MBA), product and solution development management (Scrum, DevOps, Lean Kanban, SAFe Scaled Agile), entrepreneurship with Lean StartUp, until I got to organizational change management, where I have been certified with the Enterprise Agility University as CEAC and other disciplines.
