Early Years

From Industry to the Office

I have been working in IT and digital solutions/services since before 2000. Even before that, I worked for a few years in industrialized environments since 1994.
I have worked as a technician, system administrator, and even a programmer a long time ago.
Then, I started managing projects of various kinds such as systems and telecommunications infrastructures, IT security, web pages and implementing solutions in companies such as CRM, ERP with POS, integrating telephony with solutions in Call Centers.

Many different kind of projects: web, eCommerce, mobile apps, infrastructure, SIAM, LMS, Workplace, Network Connectivity, IT Security… Also, IT Services, ITSM, ITIL, Lean Management… Change Management… But not enough Team Building, Organization Culture to Support or even Conflict Management.

Acquiring new mindsets

through self-interest, I also matured in people management (Gestalt, Systemic Coaching, Fearless Culture, Belbin Team Roles), Barrett Values ​​& Culture Diagnostic, risk management (Risk Management), business management (MBA), product and solution development management (Scrum, DevOps, Lean Kanban, SAFe Scaled Agile), entrepreneurship with Lean StartUp, until I got to organizational change management, where I have been certified with the Enterprise Agility University as CEAC and other disciplines.
Let’s not forget my strong service orientation (with ITSM, ITIL 3 and 4, Prince2 and other certifications and experience), change management, and even IT security management and compliance as with the GDPR.
My most notable strengths are: Coordination, Creativity and Resource Research. This makes me focus on conflict resolution, problems, difficulties and continuous improvement, even disruptive.

I have worked in / with various European countries such as Germany, UK, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Poland, Czech Republic, France; with many years of experience in diverse and relocated teams around the world.
I am currently collaborating in a dedicated way with a project / company that likes a contribution to continuous improvement with a mindset open to creative and innovative formulas. Management based on data and futures. Critical look with respect (Critical Thinking) and generation of strategies based not only on data, but also on possibilities (strategic & future thinking).
